By accessing, registering on, or otherwise using the ra999 platform available at ra999.im ("the Platform"), you ("the User," "you," or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with the ra999 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

Each individual may hold only one registered account on ra999. Opening duplicate accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balances held.

You must promptly update this information if it changes. ra999 is entitled to rely on the information you provide and accepts no liability for any consequences arising from inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated registration data.

You are solely responsible for:

• All activity that occurs under your ra999 account, whether or not authorised by you.
• Notifying ra999 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your account or breach of security.

ra999 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these account security obligations. ra999 may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, suspend or terminate any account that it reasonably suspects has been compromised, created fraudulently, or is being used in breach of these Terms.

All financial transactions on ra999 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). ra999 supports the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL internet banking, UBL internet banking, Meezan Bank, and standard bank transfer.

Deposits: All deposits are processed instantly upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method. ra999 does not charge deposit fees, though your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed within four (4) hours of submission during normal operating hours, subject to any pending identity verification or security review. ra999 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal, including but not limited to proof of identity, proof of address, and payment method verification.

• Withdrawals will only be made to a payment method previously used to deposit funds, or to a verified account in the User's own name.
• ra999 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• In cases where a bonus has been credited, applicable wagering requirements must be met before withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted.
• ra999 reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence checks on large withdrawals, which may extend the standard processing time.

ra999 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of the offer, in addition to these general Terms.

General bonus rules applicable to all ra999 promotions:

• Bonuses are awarded only to players who have completed full account verification.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per eligible player, per household, per IP address, and per device.

For sports betting, including cricket markets (PSL, international T20s, ODI series, and other fixtures), the following applies:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the User.
• In the event of a match abandonment, void fixture, or other exceptional circumstance, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific sport rules published on the Platform at the time of the event.

ra999 accepts no liability for any technical errors, system failures, or communication interruptions that may affect the placement or settlement of bets. In the event of a manifest error in odds or game results, ra999 reserves the right to void affected bets and recalculate settlements accordingly.

ra999 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and provides all account holders with access to the following tools at any time through their account dashboard:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming and betting purposes. This licence does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without prior written consent from ra999.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the Platform.
• Remove or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notice from any part of the Platform.
• Use any ra999 trademark, logo, or brand asset without prior written authorisation.

Any unauthorised use of ra999 intellectual property is a material breach of these Terms and may constitute an infringement of applicable intellectual property laws, for which ra999 may seek injunctive relief and damages.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ra999, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of business opportunity, or loss of profits, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.

ra999's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with these Terms or the Platform, regardless of the basis of the claim, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User into their ra999 account during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ra999 does not warrant that:

• The Platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults at all times.
• Any errors or defects on the Platform will be corrected within any specific timeframe.
• The Platform or any server through which it is made available is free from viruses or other harmful components.

The collection, storage, processing, and use of your personal data by ra999 is governed by the ra999 Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

In summary, ra999 collects and processes personal data for the following primary purposes:
